One day of sweets will be...Excellent on the 4 lbs! One day of sweets will be okay, just don't allow it to continue, but you know that. <br /><br />That couch to 5K is an INTENSE program, if it takes you longer, it's okay. My brother is a runner and he says that it doesn't see realistic for a complete beginner to be able to do that. At least that quickly. Give it time!
