Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, a belated Happy Hanukkah, and a wonderful Winter Solstice. I wish you all peace, love and happiness in the New Year. May all your days be merry and bright.
After decades of struggling with binge eating, stress eating and emotional eating, I dieted my way into morbid obesity. I’ve finally learned that diets don't work and I vow to never go on another diet again. That doesn't mean I've given up on my quest for a healthy body. My plan is to eat healthy foods most of the time, satisfy my sweet tooth on occasion, and, for the first time in my life, get my money’s worth out of my gym membership. I'm working on finally figuring it out ... my weight issues and life in general.
It's not easy but it's my life.
Thank you and the same to you!
