It's hard to believe we are already 3 weeks into the Small Change Challenge and I still haven't been able to get those 100 ounces of water down every day. This was supposed to be an easy goal to reach but I'm finding it harder than expected.
I have been making progress but have only worked up to 4 days this past week so I'm going to keep drinking. Time to refill my water bottle ~ two down, one more to go.

Oh...and keep up on your goal to be a runner! You CAN do it. Like I said, I used to not be able to run for ever 30 seconds without feeling like I was going to die... hehe. Starting is the hard part but once you see how your endurance builds you will be pleasantly surprised!

That's alot of water! I agree with Cammy, celebrate the four days of drinking and processing all that water. Are you drinking on a schedule or just when you think of it?
